IF YOU'VE ORDERED SOMETHING AND HAVEN'T YET RECEIVED IT OR HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATIONS REGARDING THIS ORDER, HERE ARE A COUPLE THINGS TO CHECK THAT MAY ANSWER YOUR QUESTION(S):

 

  • This is a community. The metal community. We are people, metal lovers, the guy standing next to you at the show with a beer in our hand, on the other end of your email. Treat us with respect and we will treat you with respect. We are not here to scam anyone, steal your money, keep your order, etc. We're here to share metal with you, fulfill your order ASAP and we hope you enjoy it!

  • If there is a mistake with your order, please let us know and we're going to make it right IMMEDIATELY. No need to hit us with every curse word in your email. Again, refer to the line above. 

  • A lot of the merch drops we offer are PRE-SALES. This means that all orders are taken for an allotted time and then printed to ship. All pre-sale ship dates are listed in the description of the item.
  • If you ordered and haven't received any notifications, please double check the email address you used during the ordering process to ensure it's correct. 

  • Check your spam folder. A lot of new customers find their confirmation and shipping emails in their spam folders until they clear them.

Due to COVID-19 protocol, all sales are final and we can not accept refund/exchanges at this time.
